Making the first SmolPC 2.0 app feel real

This was the fortnight where SmolPC 2.0 started feeling like a real product. The main app completed its Svelte 5 migration, got basic Ollama streaming chat working, and had four critical production-readiness issues addressed. Meanwhile, the Blender helper got its initial scaffold and early model fine-tuning, and the core platform picked up comprehensive documentation and a migration plan for the unified app. Three tracks moving at once — each finding its role.
