Opening up the companion tool tracks

The busiest fortnight so far, with work spread across all three tracks. The main app laid foundations for the unified SmolPC 2.0 build, broke the runner into separate files with richer CPU data in CSV exports, and landed five critical benchmark fixes. Blender helper hit a run of LLM-generated code bugs (runtime errors, NoneType mesh issues) and worked through them. And the GIMP helper got its initial project scaffold, marking the point where SmolPC 2.0 stopped being a single app and started becoming a platform.
