A visual overhaul and fixing the MCP connections

The main app got a significant visual refresh this fortnight — a workbench revamp with stage 2/3 UX upgrades, a linear-first restyle pass, and a neutral-first colour pass with semantic surface tokens. It’s starting to look like a real product. LibreOffice integration fixed its MCP server connection, Ollama tool calling, and helper socket framing, alongside updated model recommendations. Blender helper went through an architecture rework on its side of the codebase.
