TTS, packaging cleanup, and the SmolPC 2.0 identity

A focused burst, all in the main app. A standalone text-to-speech service was set up, the app structure and packaging files were cleaned up, and work began on consolidating everything around the SmolPC 2.0 identity. This is the stretch where the product starts feeling like one coherent thing rather than a collection of experiments.
